1. What this website is

This is my personal website. I share what I have learned about careers, MBA, consulting, finance and productivity, and I offer a small number of paid 1:1 conversations. There is no company behind it. It is just me.

2. What a session is, and what it is not

Everything I share in a session reflects my own experience, perspective and judgment. It is one person's view, formed by my own path, and it will not be right for everyone. Please treat it as input for your own thinking rather than instruction to follow.

A Gupshup is deliberately casual. It is conversation and networking, not mentorship, and it is not the right place for detailed guidance or structured problem solving. If you need that, the mentorship sessions exist for exactly that reason.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on this website and nothing said in a session is a promise of any particular result. To be specific, I do not guarantee:

• CAT, CFA, FRM or any other exam score or percentile
• Admission to any college, university or programme
• Internships, placements, job offers or promotions
• Any interview outcome, shortlist or selection
• Any financial, business or career result

Outcomes depend on your own effort, your circumstances and a good deal of luck. None of that is within my control.

4. Your decisions stay yours

You remain fully responsible for your own academic, career, professional and financial decisions. If we discuss an option and you choose to act on it, that choice and its consequences are yours. Please weigh anything I say against your own situation and, where it matters, against other sources.

5. Not professional advice

I am not acting as your lawyer, doctor, accountant, tax adviser, registered investment adviser or any other regulated professional, and nothing here should be treated as that kind of advice. If your question needs a licensed professional, please speak to one.

6. Bookings, prices and changes

Sessions are currently arranged manually over Instagram DM. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time and the session fee has been paid. Calls normally happen on Google Meet.

I may change the sessions I offer, their length or their prices at any time. Any change applies going forward only. It will never change the price or terms of a booking that has already been agreed and paid for.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered separately in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Follow-up questions after a session

The paid mentorship sessions include a limited number of follow-up questions over Instagram DM after the call. Specifically:

• The Focused Session includes up to 3 detailed follow-up questions.
• The Extended Session includes up to 5 detailed follow-up questions.
• The window runs for 7 days from the end of your session. Anything unused expires at that point and does not carry over to a later booking.

On the Extended Session, "priority follow-up responses" means your questions move ahead of others in my queue. It is not a promise of an instant or guaranteed reply time, and it is not unlimited ongoing support. I will always try to answer properly rather than quickly, but I cannot commit to a fixed response time.

Quick questions asked outside a paid session are covered separately. Those are free, welcome, and answered when I can get to them.

8. Using this website properly

Please do not misuse this website. That includes trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, impersonating me or anyone else, or using anything here to harass, mislead or harm another person.

I would also ask that you do not record a session without asking me first.

9. Content and ownership

The writing, design, layout and images that I created for this website are mine. You are welcome to read them, link to them and share them. Please do not republish them as your own or use them commercially without asking me first.

This applies only to material I actually created. Any third party names, logos, platforms or trademarks that happen to be mentioned belong to their respective owners, and I make no claim over them.

10. Availability of the website

This website is offered as it is. Content may change, move or be removed over time, and I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update this page as things evolve. The date at the top always shows when it was last changed. If you keep using the website after an update, that counts as accepting the current version.
