Privacy Policy

The short version

There are no accounts, no sign up and no payment processing on this website. It sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There is one exception to "no analytics", covered below, and it is a cookie free one. I have no way to identify you from simply visiting. The only way I learn anything about you is if you choose to fill in a form: my enquiry form, which is a Google Form, or the feedback form I send out after a session. Each is covered in its own section.

What the website itself collects

Nothing that identifies you. To be precise, this website does not:

• Create accounts or ask you to log in
• Set cookies, or store anything in local storage on your device
• Run advertising scripts, tracking pixels or cross site trackers
• Take payments or handle any card or banking details

There is one form on the site itself: the feedback form at /feedback, which asks about a session you have already had and lets you answer anonymously. Every booking, pricing question and application goes to my enquiry form instead, which is hosted by Google rather than on this site. Both are covered below.

The enquiry form

Every button that books a 1:1 session, asks about pricing or applies to a consulting programme opens my enquiry form. It is a Google Form, so it is hosted by Google, not by this website, and Google's privacy policy applies to it as well as this one.

It asks only for what is shown on the form itself. What you send goes to my own Google account, along with the date, and nobody else can see it.

I use it for one thing: to get back to you about what you asked, which means the price, the payment details and a time for your session or your place in a programme. I do not sell it, share it with anyone, or add you to a mailing list. If you would like your answers deleted, say so through the form and I will remove them.

There were two application forms here until 21 September 2026, asking for a name, email address, phone number, college and year. They have been removed. What people already sent is kept in a private Google Sheet that only I can open, and is not used for anything else. If you sent one and would like it deleted, say so through the enquiry form and I will remove the row.

Visitor analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. I would rather know that than guess.

It is deliberately the least invasive option I could find. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not build any profile of you. It counts page views and records general things like which page, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what kind of browser it was. I cannot tell who you are from any of it.

What happens automatically anyway

Two things are worth being upfront about, because they happen on every visit even though I do not control them directly.

Hosting

The website is hosted by a third party hosting provider. Like essentially all web hosts, it automatically records basic technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser type, mainly for security and to keep the service running. I do not use this to identify or profile individual visitors.

Fonts

The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and your IP address and browser details are visible to Google as part of that request. That is how the font arrives. Google's handling of it is covered by their own privacy policy.

Booking a session

Session times are arranged after you fill in the form, not through this website. To run a session I will normally end up knowing your name, whatever you choose to tell me about your situation, and the email address you join the Google Meet call with. I use that only to hold the session and to coordinate with you around it. I do not sell it, and I do not add you to any mailing list.

The old GDPI waitlist

There used to be an interest form for GDPI Preparation, asking for a name and a phone number. It has been closed and is no longer on this website.

Details people already gave are kept in a private Google Sheet that only I can open. I use them for one thing only: to tell those people if GDPI Preparation ever opens. I do not sell them, share them or add anyone to a mailing list. If you gave your details and would like them deleted, message me and I will.

Session feedback form

After a paid session I may send you a link to a short feedback form. It is entirely optional, it is never a condition of anything, and it is not linked from the homepage.

The form asks how satisfied you were, which session you did, what you liked, what I could improve, and whether you would recommend it.

It then asks whether you would like to add your name. I would rather you did, and the form says so, but it is genuinely your choice: nothing is preselected and "No, keep it anonymous" is one tap away. If you choose it, no name field appears and no name is recorded. What reaches me is your answers and nothing else, and I have no way to work out who wrote them. Anything you had already typed into the name box is discarded when you make that choice.

Either way, the form then asks separately whether I may share your feedback publicly. Giving your name and agreeing to be quoted are two different questions, and you can say yes to one and no to the other.

• If you gave your name, the choices are: with your full name, with your first name and last initial, or no.
• If you stayed anonymous, the choices are: yes but without any name, or no. There is no name to attach, so nothing I publish could identify you.

Submissions go to a private Google Sheet that only I can open, along with the date. They are not sold, not added to any mailing list, and not used to contact you about anything else. If you want your entry deleted, say so through the enquiry form and I will remove it.

Payments

Nothing on this website is paid for on this website. There is no checkout here, for a 1:1 session or for a consulting programme, and this site never sees or stores a card, UPI or bank detail.

Every payment is arranged directly with me after you fill in the form: I send you a payment link and you pay in your own payment app, under its own privacy policy, not this one. I see whatever your payment app shows me about the payment, which is normally a name and a reference.

To run your session I will normally also end up knowing whatever you choose to tell me about your situation. I use that only to hold the session and coordinate around it. I do not sell it or add you to any mailing list.

Links to other platforms

This website links out to my LinkedIn and Instagram profiles and to my enquiry form on Google Forms. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's platform, and their privacy policy applies rather than mine. I have no control over what they collect.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and holds no personal data, which removes most of the risk by simply not having anything to lose. For the messages and notes that do exist in my Google account or in my own records, I take reasonable care. I cannot promise that any system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and I would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

Your choices

The website holds nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing here to access, correct or delete. The analytics above are anonymous and cannot be traced back to a person, including by me. If we have spoken and you would like me to delete the messages or notes relating to our conversation, just ask and I will.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

I will update this page whenever the website changes in a way that affects it. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
