Privacy Policy

The short version

There are no accounts, no sign up, no contact form and no payment processing on this website. It sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or tracking. I have no way to identify you from a visit.

What the website itself collects

Nothing. To be precise, this website does not:

• Create accounts or ask you to log in
• Include any form, input field or newsletter signup
• Set cookies, or store anything in local storage on your device
• Run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts
• Take payments or handle any card or banking details

What happens automatically anyway

Two things are worth being upfront about, because they happen on every visit even though I do not control them directly.

Hosting

The website is hosted by a third party hosting provider. Like essentially all web hosts, it automatically records basic technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser type, mainly for security and to keep the service running. I do not use this to identify or profile individual visitors.

Fonts

The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and your IP address and browser details are visible to Google as part of that request. That is how the font arrives. Google's handling of it is covered by their own privacy policy.

Booking a session

Sessions are arranged over Instagram DM, not through this website. When you message me there, our conversation lives inside Instagram and is subject to Instagram's privacy policy, not this one.

To run a session I will normally end up knowing your name, your Instagram handle, whatever you choose to tell me about your situation, and the email address you join the Google Meet call with. I use that only to hold the session and to coordinate with you around it. I do not sell it, and I do not add you to any mailing list.

Payments

Payments are arranged directly between us, usually shortly before the session. They do not pass through this website, so no payment details are ever entered here or stored by me. Whichever payment app or service we use handles that under its own terms and privacy policy.

Links to other platforms

This website links out to my Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's platform, and their privacy policy applies rather than mine. I have no control over what they collect.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and holds no personal data, which removes most of the risk by simply not having anything to lose. For the messages and notes that do exist on Instagram or in my own records, I take reasonable care. I cannot promise that any system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and I would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

Your choices

Since the website collects nothing, there is nothing here to access, correct or delete. If we have spoken and you would like me to delete the messages or notes relating to our conversation, just ask and I will.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

I will update this page whenever the website changes in a way that affects it. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
