Terms of Use

This page explains what you can expect from this website and from my sessions, and what I expect in return. I have tried to keep it short and readable. By using this website or booking a session, you are agreeing to what is written here.
1. What this website is
This is my personal website. I share what I have learned about careers, MBA, consulting, finance and productivity, and I offer a small number of paid 1:1 conversations. There is no company behind it. It is just me.
2. What I currently offer
These are the things you can actually get from this website today:
- 1:1 sessions, 30 or 60 minutes, one to one on Google Meet.
- Cracking Consulting Interviews, a two month live programme in two tracks. Case Foundations is the ten live classes. Case Mastery adds six mock interviews, peer mocks and materials, and needs a short call before you can join. The full details are on the consulting page.
The prices of the 1:1 sessions are shown on the main page. Where a higher price is shown crossed out beside the current one, the crossed out figure is my standard list price for that product and the lower figure is a temporary introductory price.
The consulting programmes do not show a price on this site. You fill in the enquiry form for the one you want, and I send you the price and how to pay. The price I quote you is the price for that batch.
3. What a session is, and what it is not
Everything I share in a session reflects my own experience, perspective and judgment. It is one person's view, formed by my own path, and it will not be right for everyone. Please treat it as input for your own thinking rather than instruction to follow.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing on this website and nothing said in a session is a promise of any particular result. To be specific, I do not guarantee:
- CAT, CFA, FRM or any other exam score or percentile
- Admission to any college, university or programme
- Internships, placements, job offers or promotions
- Any interview outcome, shortlist or selection
- Any financial, business or career result
Outcomes depend on your own effort, your circumstances and a good deal of luck. None of that is within my control.
5. Your decisions stay yours
You remain fully responsible for your own academic, career, professional and financial decisions. If we discuss an option and you choose to act on it, that choice and its consequences are yours. Please weigh anything I say against your own situation and, where it matters, against other sources.
6. Not professional advice
I am not acting as your lawyer, doctor, accountant, tax adviser, registered investment adviser or any other regulated professional, and nothing here should be treated as that kind of advice. If your question needs a licensed professional, please speak to one.
7. Bookings, prices and changes
1:1 sessions. You choose a 30 or 60 minute session on this website and the button opens my enquiry form. I get back to you with a payment link, and once you have paid we agree a time. A session can be about general doubts, consulting or CAT. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time and the fee has been paid. Calls normally happen on Google Meet.
The consulting programmes. You fill in the enquiry form from either programme page. Case Foundations has no selection step: I send you the price and the payment details, and your seat is confirmed once you have paid. Case Mastery adds a few questions and a short call before I send you anything to pay.
There is no checkout on this website, for anything. No payment of any kind is taken here, and nothing on this site is paid for on this site. Every payment, for a 1:1 session or for a consulting programme, is arranged directly with me after the form. No card, UPI or bank details are ever entered into or stored by this website.
The consulting programmes run as a batch on fixed dates. Classes are live on the scheduled days, and if you miss one the recording is available.
A seat is for one person. A seat in a consulting programme cannot be transferred, resold or shared with someone else.
I may change the sessions I offer, their length or their prices at any time. Any change applies going forward only. It will never change the price or terms of a booking that has already been agreed and paid for.

8. Using this website properly
Please do not misuse this website. That includes trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, impersonating me or anyone else, or using anything here to harass, mislead or harm another person.
I would also ask that you do not record a session without asking me first.
9. Content and ownership
The writing, design, layout and images that I created for this website are mine. You are welcome to read them, link to them and share them. Please do not republish them as your own or use them commercially without asking me first.
This applies only to material I actually created. Any third party names, logos, platforms or trademarks that happen to be mentioned belong to their respective owners, and I make no claim over them.
10. Availability of the website
This website is offered as it is. Content may change, move or be removed over time, and I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update this page as things evolve. The date at the top always shows when it was last changed. If you keep using the website after an update, that counts as accepting the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
